Punctually present at this important biennial  event, La Minerva and Omega TF are glad to show in the same stand their entire range of  food  processing, cutting,  packaging and preservation equipment; a range fully projected, developed and produced in our Companies; a complete range of machines  for food stores and catering,  dining facilities, supermarkets  and hypermarkets, and food laboratories.

We display slicers, meat mincers, refrigerated meat mincers, automatic  hamburger forming and portioning  machines, bone saws, meat mixers, sausage fillers, flake ice makers, vacuum and modified atmosphere packaging machines, potato peelers, cheese graters, …; machines positioned  on  different price and performance level, to satisfy all the needs of our customers in Italy as well as worldwide,  where our market share is increasing thanks to our partnership with specialized  distributors and importers.

For professional end-users  working in the huge sector of  food laboratories, we boast our FOOD PROCESSING, PORTIONING and PACKAGING AUTOMATIC LINE composed of  meat mincer with automatic feeding  C/E 700, hamburger forming machine C/E H, automatic trays de-stacker TDS and modified atmosphere packaging machine GFS.

Further, we  exhibit  other novelties such as: our FLAKE  ICE MACHINE  from FIM series, our INOX C/E VEGETABLE CUTTER  TVX and the POTATO PEELERS and MUSSEL-CLEANERS new series .
